1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions ‘The Offa Group’ includes its officers, officials and member firms.
  2. While The Offa Group will always make every reasonable effort to carry out its advertised programme it reserves the right to alter any arrangements or to cancel events without prior notice without being liable to compensation.
  3. The Offa Group will not be liable for any loss or damage either to persons or property whatsoever sustained at any event organised by it.
  4. The Offa Group will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever sustained resulting from any information given by lecturers , panel members or others contributing to any event organised by it.
  5. Course documentation will only be provided to those who book to attend the course and will be distributed at the time of the event. For those who do not attend the course they have booked a copy of the notes will be forwarded by post for their sole use.
  6. The full invoice is payable unless :
    a) Cancellation – provided written notice is received at least 10 days before the event, the fee will be refunded less an administration charge of £20 plus VAT per course cancelled.
    b) Transfer to another course will be accepted provided written notice is received at least 10 days before the event. Such transfer will attract an administration charge of £20 plus VAT per course.
  7. Entitlement to discounts at rates set out below is dependent upon payment being received at the time of the booking.
  8. Upon receipt of the booking form and payment a receipted invoice will be issued as acknowledgement of acceptance of the booking.
