1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions "Offa Group" includes its Officers, Officials and Member Firms.

2. While the Offa Group will always make every reasonable effort to carry out its advertised programme it reserves the right to alter any arrangements or to cancel events without prior notice without being liable to compensation.

3. The Offa Group will not be liable for any loss or damage either to persons or property whatsoever sustained at any event arranged by it.

4. The Offa Group will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever sustained resulting from any information given by lecturers, panel members or others contributing to any event arranged by it.

5. Course documentation is distributed at the time of the event

6. The full invoice is payable unless:
a) Cancellation - provided written notice is received at least 10 days before the event, the fee will be refunded less an administration charge of £20 plus VAT per course cancelled.
b) Transfer to another course will be accepted provided written notice is received at least 10 days before the event. Such transfer will attract an administration charge of £20 plus VAT per course.

7. Entitlement to discounts at rates set out below is dependent upon payment being received at the time of booking.

8. Upon receipt of the booking form and payment a receipted invoice will be issued as acknowledgement of acceptance of the booking.

DISCOUNT SCHEME : Due on receipt of booking form with full payment at the following rates: 6 to 10 places 5%;  11 to 20 places 10%; 21 - 30 places 15%;  31 + places 25%

Please Note:
All courses are held at the Three Counties Hotel, Belmont Road, Hereford.
Morning courses run from 9-30am to 1-00pm and afternoon from 2-00pm to 5-00pm.
